Our research paper "Ensemble Tractography" by Hiromasa Takemura, Cesar F. Caiafa, Brian Wandell and Franco Pestilli, is now online at dx.doi.org/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1004692. By using our sparse tensor decomposition model, we were able to use Ensemble Tractography on Big Datasets (full brain), as depicted in the following figure.
